摘　　要：医学遗传学一门基础学科和临床学科的桥梁学科,课程中存在大量的可供讨论的病例。在医学遗传学教学中尝试应用PBL教学法,能有效激发学生学习的积极性,培养学生的自学能力和综合素质,从而提高了教学质量。Medical genetics is a bridge discipline connecting the preclinical courses and clinical courses.There are a lot of clinical cases available in the course for discussion.The application of PBL（problem-based learning） approach in medical genetics can effectively inspire students to learn and greatly enhance their self-learning abilities and comprehensive qualities,thus leading to the improvement of the teaching quality.
