摘  要:入职教育为新教师职前培训和在职培训阶段架起一座桥梁。新西兰是目前世界上新教师入职教育发展较好的国家之一,其入职教育颇具特色。新西兰新教师入职教育发展历程、实施体系及其成功经验与存在的问题,以及新西兰新教师入职教育的发展趋势,可以为完善我国新教师入职教育理论与实践体系的构建提供些许启示。Induction education is assumed as a bridge which connects the new pre- service teacher training and in-service training stage. New Zealand is one of the countries who implemented the new teacher induction program well in the earliest times in the world, and has formed outsanding characteristics in induction education. The study on the history,implementation system,successful experience,some problems and the future trend of new teacher induction in New Zealand may provide some precious experience to our country on setting up a systematic and scientific induction system.
