摘　　要：基于目前高职院校人力资源管理信息化建设的现状,分析在信息化建设过程中存在的主要问题,结合浙江工贸职业技术学院(以下简称"浙工贸")人力资源管理系统从无到有的信息化建设实践,提出人力资源管理信息化建设策略。即充分考虑高职院校实际情况和管理工作特点,开发出一个由不同模块组成的具有个性化特征的人力资源管理系统,并对高职院校人力资源管理信息化的前景提出展望。After the introduction of current situation of information technology of human resources management （HRM） in vo- cational colleges, this thesis summarizes major problems occurred in the process of construction of information technology. Based on the case research of the information technology for HRM construction in Zhejiang Industry ＆ Trade Vocational College, the thesis comes up with the suggestions and measures to promote and strengthen the application of information technology for HRM in voca- tional college. With full consideration of practice in vocational college and the working characteristics of management, the research explores a personalized HRM system with different modes, and makes prospect of information technology of HRM in vocational colleges.
