摘　　要：本文就微生物生物合成鸟氨酸的途径进行了分析 。The paper summary the metabolic pathway of L-ornithine biosynthesis of some microorganism and discussed the breeding of L-ornithine producting strains using Corynebacterium glutamicum as original strain. The optimizing control of the fermentation condition is also discussed.
