摘　　要：山东省教育厅于2013年1月颁布《山东省中小学教师资格考试及认定制度改革工作实施办法》,山东省的幼儿教师资格考试将由省考向国考改革。为提高人才培养质量,学前教育专业必须结合政策变化和社会需要及时更新教育教学理念、构建更加科学的课程体系。＂The teacher qualification examinations and identification system reform in Shandong province＂ was issued by Shandong Provincial Department of Education in January 2013. That means the preschool teachers qualification examinations will be promoted from the provincial level to the national level. In order to promote the quality of talent, pre-school education major should update teaching concept and build more scientific curricula system with the change of policy and social needs.
