摘  要:从中职骨干教师专业理念与师德现状调查出发认为,对国家职业教育方针政策熟识度不高、团队合作精神欠缺、敬业奉献意识不高、创新精神有待提高以及教师与学生课堂外沟通交往机会较少是中职教师专业理念与师德存在的主要问题,进而从社会、学校、教师三个方面分析其主要原因,通过提升职教社会地位,切实增强社会的认同感;优化学校过程管理,有效激发教师的积极性;走"研训教"一体化培训模式,促进教师专业对话;重视教师交往与合作能力的培养,形成教育合力等措施来推进中职教师专业理念与师德发展。From the secondary backbone teachers' professional concept and ethics based on investigation,and considers that the national vocational education policies familiar degree is not high,the team cooperation spirit,dedication to the lack of awareness is not high,the spirit of innovation and a need to further improve the teachers and students outside the classroom communication skills opportunity is less secondary teachers' professional ethics idea and main problems of.And from the society,the school,the teacher three aspects analyzes the main reason,through ascension vocational education status in society,enhance the sense of social commitment;Optimize the process of school management,effectively arouse the enthusiasm of teachers;Go "research,training and teaching" integration training mode,improve teachers' professional dialogue;Pay attention to teachers' communication and cooperation ability training,form education force and measures to promote secondary teachers' professional ethics idea and development.
