产业结构升级背景下企业人力资源需求及对高职教育的启示——基于武汉城市圈部分企业的调查

摘　　要：以武汉城市圈内电子信息、旅游、机械、商贸行业部分企业为对象,重点调查专科层次的人力资源需求情况。调查发现,在产业结构升级背景下,企业人力资源需求呈现出新的特征,例如在高新技术产业占主导地位的区域,企业对本科及以上人才的需求较大;高新技术新企业中专科层次人员的比例低于旅游与商贸行业企业等。应对产业结构升级的趋势,高职院校应准确定位人才培养规格,积极探索校企合作的有效方式,发挥企业在专业建设中的作用,促进学生的全面发展。The research group surveyed the human resource needs of the college level,which is for the object part of the enterprise in Wuhan city circle electronic information,tourism,machinery,commerce industry The survey found that the corporate human resource needs presented a new feature： Corporate in the area dominated by high-tech industries demanded for Bachelor degree or above personnel most;The proportion of new high-tech enterprise in the specialist level personnel was lower than the tourism and commerce industries and enterprises.Replying to the trend of the upgrading of the industrial structure,higher vocational colleges should accurately locate personnel training specifications;and explore school-enterprise cooperation effectively.The enterprises must play the role of the specialized subject construction.
