摘  要:教师教学创新能力是教师超越现有教学内容材料、方式方法与手段条件,以新颖的、与众不同的教学方式与手段,高水平完成教学任务的能力。教师的教学创新能力是一种复杂能力,是教师教学创新的认知系统、动力系统、人格系统以及行为系统等多种心理结构共同体的综合反映。在教学实践中,要通过鼓励教师开展教学研究与教学改革,提高教学的自主性,加强教育教学理论学习,更新教育教学观念等途径,发展与提高教师的教学创新能力,进而提高教学效果与教育质量。Teacher's teaching innovation ability is teachers' ability to use novel and different teaching methods and means to complete the teaching mission in higher level, which is beyond the existing teaching materials, ways, means, and conditions. Teaching innovation ability is a complex ability based on teaching innovation cognitive system, motivational system, personality system, behavior system and etc. It is the comprehensive reflection of a symbiosis of a variety of psychological structure. In teaching practice, we need to encourage teachers to conduct teaching research and teaching reform, promote autonomy, strengthen the study of education teaching theory, update the education teaching idea, develop teacher' s teaching ability to innovate, and greatly improve the teaching effect and quality.
