加强大学生沟通能力培养刻不容缓——大学生沟通能力现状调查研究与分析

摘　　要：通过调查研究确认了多种媒体反映的大学生存在着比较严重的沟通障碍,25%左右的学生对人认识有偏差,容易封闭自己,50%左右的学生对沟通原理和技巧陌生,有情绪化倾向,不善于沟通。主要因为个人人格品质、认知偏差和学校方面的教育缺失和学生有意识的实践经验匮乏所致。呼吁高校要高度重视和落实大学生沟通能力培养的工作。The survey shows that most of university students have problems in communication： 25% have no correct cognition about themselves and society; 50% students are unfamiliar with communicative principles and techniques and not good at communication. Those problems result from students ＇personality, wrong cognition, lack of education and less experience. Therefore it is urgent to attach great importance to and reinforce university students＇ communicative ability.
