摘　　要：基于党的十七届六中全会明确的社会主义文化强国目标,高校思政课教师理应自觉担当文化传承的历史使命,努力建树和有效践行文化自觉、文化自信和文化自强的理念,关注作为大学生思政教育主阵地的教学改革,为优化民族思想道德水平和科学文化素养以提升国际竞争文化软实力做出自己应有的贡献。Target clarified by the party＇s sixth plenary session of the Seventeenth Central Comnittee is socialist cultural power, the ideological and political education teachers ought to consciously play the historic mission of the cultural heritage,contribu- tion and effective practice of the coneept of cultural awareness,cultural confidence and cultural strength,pay attention to teach- ing reform of the ideological and political education of college students, in order to optimize the nation＇s ideological and moral standards,scientific and cultural level and make their contribution to enhancing international competitive cultural soft power.
