五年制高师英语专业学生英语学习动机类型研究

摘　　要：英语学习动机是影响英语学习者英语学习效果的一个非常重要因素。本研究以五年制高等师范学校英语专业基础年级学生作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式,探讨他们的英语学习动机倾向性,并尝试通过因子分析归纳出了八种动机类型:个人发展动机、内在兴趣动机、应试成绩动机、学习情境动机、社会责任动机、家庭责任动机、文化融合动机、职业取向动机。English learning motivation is an important factor which has an impact on learner ’s learning efficiency. This study, taking underclass English majors of five-year tertiary normal college as the subjects, explores their tendency of English learning motivation by questionnaire. Factor analysis shows eight types of motivation： personal development motivation, intrinsic motivation, examination performance motivation, learning situation motivation, societal duty motivation, family responsibility motivation, cultural integrative motivation, and vocational orientation motivation.
