精神科护士自我效能与临床沟通能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解精神科护士自我效能与临床沟通能力的相关性。方法应用护士临床沟通能力量表和一般自我效能量表对90名精神科护士进行问卷调查。结果精神科护士临床沟通能力总分为(4.12±0.43)分,不同性别、职称的护士临床沟通能力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神科护士的一般自我效能感得分低于国际常模(P<0.01);一般自我效能与临床沟通能力的基本语言沟通能力、基本非语言沟通能力、情感感知能力及困难情景沟通能力4个维度呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论精神科护士临床沟通能力处于中等偏上水平,自我效能感处于较低水平。护理管理者可以通过提高精神科护士的自我效能提升其临床沟通能力。Objective To investigate the correlation between self - efficacy and clinical communication ability of psychiatric nurses. Method Ninety psy-chiatric nurses were recruited and investigated by nurse clinical communication scale and general self - efficacy scale. Results The score of psychiatric nurses＂ clinical communication ability was （4.12 ± 0.43 ） ; scores of nurses with different genders and professional titles were different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of psychi-atric nurses＇ self - efficacy was lower than the international norm （P 〈 0.01 ）. The general self - efficacy was positively correlated with basic verbal communica-tion ability,basic non - verbal communication ability, emotional awareness ability and difficult scenes communication ability （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical communication ability of psychiatric nurses is above medium while the self - efficacy is low. Nursing administrators can improve the nurses＇ clinical communication ability through enhancing their self-efficacy.
