摘　　要：当前职业院校教师的职业角色冲突是多层面的。对这一状况既要看到它具有一定的积极意义,更要看到它的负面效应;而导致职业院校教师职业角色冲突的原因也是多方面的,既有职业教育转型发展的原因,又有相关他人角色期望的原因,还有职业院校教师个人的原因。there are mation of The teacher＇s role conflict various reasons for the teac vocational education, peop in current vocational colleges is on different levels and serious.
