摘  要:2006年12月出台的《苏格兰职前教师教育标准》从专业知识与理解、专业技能与能力、专业价值与个人义务三个维度对苏格兰职前教师教育做了比较明确的规定。在内容上,该标准具有彰显教师专业化、强调以学生为本、重视全纳教育理念、注重合作精神的特征;在形式上,该标准具有用相关法律或文本铺路、动态与渐进交相辉映和汲取多方智慧等特征。The Standard for Initial Teacher Education was published in December, 2006, which has specified the target of initial teacher education in Scotland from the following three dimensions:professional knowledge and understanding,professional skills and abi/ities as we/1 as professional values and persona/commitment. In terms of the content of the standard,it expresses teacher professionalism,emphasizes student-oriented issues, pays attention to the idea of inclusive education and attaches importance to cooperation with others. With regard to the format of the standard ,it carries the following features. Firsdy,relevant hws and regulations have laid a solid foundation for it. Secondly,it is dynamic and progressive. And finally,it has made use of multi wisdom.
