基于ARCS动机模型的网络公开课教学视频分析——从学习动机角度看幸福课的成功及其启示  

Video Analysis of Online Open Courses Based on the ARCS Motivation Model——View the Success of Positive Psychology from Perspective of Learning Motivation and Its Inspirations

摘　　要：以哈佛大学幸福课为代表的国外网络公开课之所以受到网民热捧,其优秀的授课品质是关键。通过视频分析方法,从学习动机角度对幸福课进行个案研究。研究认为,幸福课使用了大量符合ARCS动机模型的教学策略,注重学习动机激发与维持是其受欢迎的重要原因。对幸福课教师的教学特点及其采用的主要策略进行了总结,可作为我国视频公开课制作和大学课堂教学的参考。The excellent quality is the key factor why foreign online open courses,for example positive psychology from Harvard University,are well received by cyber citizen.This paper conducted a case study of positive psychology from the perspective of learning motivation,through the approach of video analyzing.The results indicated that applying a lot of motivation strategies in accordance with the ARCS model,paying attention to stimulate and maintain students’ learning motivation are main reasons why positive psychology is well received.The instructional characteristics of and the concrete strategies used in positive psychology are summarized,which could be a reference to the production of open courses and the classroom teaching.
