摘 要:调查结果显示,福建省职业院校校企合作成效不甚理想。企业重经济利益、合作利益不明显、且有后顾之忧是影响其参与合作的主要因素;职业院校技术服务和科技开发水平欠缺、对接企业的需求还有差距等是影响其参与合作的主要因素;政府认识和行动、缺乏有力的政策保障与组织保障是影响校企合作的重要因素。因此,逐步构建以市场和社会需求为导向的、政府指导、校企互助、行业参与、社会联动的校企合作运行机制,是深化并推动深度校企合作的根本途径。The results of survey show that the effects of vocational college-enterprise cooperation in Fujian Province are not ideal. Enterprises considering more economic interests, and worrying about unobvious cooperative benefits are the main factors that affect their participation in cooperation. The main factors that affect vocational colleges" participation in cooperation are that they lack of technical service and science and technology development level, and there is gap in meeting the demands of enterprises. Government awareness and action lack of powerful policy support and organizational guarantee are the important factors affecting the school- enterprise cooperation. The fundamental way to deepen and promote school-enterprise cooperation is to gradually build the cooperation operation mechanism which takes market and social demands as the guidance, with government guidance, school- enterprise assistance, industry participation, and social interaction.
