摘 要:课程能力是指教师具有的、基于课程知识与技能的、直接影响课程活动运行及其成效取得的能动力量。课程能力与教学能力之间是一种包含关系,教学能力属于课程的实施能力。从教学能力走向课程能力是新课程改革的必然要求与发展趋势。课程知识与课程技能是构成课程能力的核心要素,它们共同决定着课程能力的结构及其发展水平。科学把握课程知识的内涵与来源、努力提升课程技能的水平,是促进教师课程能力发展的基本途径。The curriculum capability is the dynamic forces that teacher owns, which is based on knowledge and skills of curriculum and directly affects the operation and effect of the curriculum activivties. There is a containing relationship between curriculum capability and teaching capability. Teaching capability belongs to implementing ability of curriculum. Improving teacher's curriculum ability is the inevitable requirement and developing trend after the new curriculum reform. Curriculum knowledge and skills are the core elements of curriculum ability which determine the structure and developing level of curriculum ability. Therefore, understanding the connotation and source of curriculum knowledge, improving the curriculum skill level are the basic approaches to the promotion of teacher's curriculum capability.
