摘　　要：教学评估新方案的出台,突出强调了学生参与评估的重要性。通过借鉴欧洲和美国的两种不同学生参与方式,分别从内外部维度对教学质量进行了探讨。在外部评估中,欧洲学生作为评估主体直接参与教学评估;在内部评估中,美国学生作为评估对象,通过学生参与度的度量来对教学质量进行评估。基于学生参与的两个维度,构建出我国教学内外部评估学生参与机制的构想,为我国高校教育评估提供参考,并总结了学生参与作为内外部评估结合点对我国高校教学评估的作用和启示。with the introduction of the new policy in teaching quality evaluation, the importance of the students＇ involvement in evaluation has been highlighted. This paper analyzes two different patterns of European and American students＇ involvement in evaluation, that is, in external evaluation, European students as the principle participants directly take part in teaching quality evaluation; in internal evaluation, American students as the evaluation objects influence the teaching quality evaluation by their participation measurement. Thereby, the paper constructs a mechanism of students＇ involvement in teaching quality evaluation with a view to providing a reference framework for the evaluation of higher education in China.
