摘　　要：本文以“两E”人才在历史上所起的作用为视角 ,探讨基础理论型人才与应用开发型人才的相互关系 ,从而阐明当前我国高校既要加强基础理论研究 ,又要加强应用开发研究 ;既要重视基础理论教学 ,又要重视学科专业的技能训练 。The paper explores the relationship between the qualified personnel of basic theory and the qualified personnel of appliied personnel of applied development from the angle of 'The two Es'in the history.The author argues that the colleges and universities in our country should emphasize both the basic theory research and the applied development research;both the basic theory teaching and skill training of subject specialization;both the all-round education and the specialization education.
