摘　　要：高职教育需遵循以就业为向导,以能力为本位,通过"校企合作、工学结合"走产学结合之路,因此,高职教学改革要贯彻"校企育人",需将企业文化融入教学全过程,加强学生职业素质的培养,使毕业生以高素质的"职业人"快速适应企业岗位。Higher vocational education should comply with the following principles： the employment as the guide： taking employment as the orientation,competency-orientation,through the ＂school-enterprise cooperation,combination of working with learning ＂ combine the production and research,therefore,teaching reform of higher vocational education should carry out ＂ education of school and enterprise＂,the enterprise culture into the whole process of teaching,strengthen students＇ occupation quality,so as to make the graduates adapt to high-quality corporate jobs ＂occupation＂.
