果汁混合器领域中FLUENT软件的应用

摘　　要：对通用CFD模拟软件——FLUENT进行了综述,介绍了该软件的应用领域、主要特点。由于FLUENT软件的突出优点,对实际应用有重大的指导作用。通过简述FLUENT软件在混合器设备中复杂流场的模拟,为现有的混合设备的优化与新产品的研发提供指导性参数,指出了FLUENT软件在果汁混合领域潜在的发应用前景。Applications and the main features of the general CFD （Computational Fluid Dynamics） sottwares were introduced. There is significant that should direct the practical application due to the outstanding features of FLUENT software. By describing FLUENT software＇s simulation of the complex flow field in the mixer device, it could provide the index for optimizing mixer and developing new products in real engineering. From all the aspects, it could be seen that FLUENT software would be well and widely used in the field of fruit juice mixing.
