摘　　要：为提升实验教学在高校教育中的地位,通过实验教学理念创新,将督导工作从理论教学延伸到实践教学。经过深入研究和实践,采取完善实验教学管理基本文件,实行校、院两级实验教学督导和实施实验人员激励机制等措施,改变实验教学在高校教学工作中的从属地位,达到提高实验教学质量,完善高校教学质量监控体系的目的。To promote the position of the experimental teaching in colleges and universities, the supervision work has been extended from theory teaching to practice teaching through the experimental teaching idea innovation. With in-depth study and practice, the subordinate status of the experimental teaching has been changed in the university teaching work through perfecting the basic management document of experimental teaching, implementing university-school, the two-level experimental teaching supervision, experimental personnel motivation mechanism, etc. The purpose is to improve the quality of experimental teaching and perfect the teaching quality monitoring system.
