农业类院校在食品科学与工程专业下设食品营养方向的必要性

摘　　要：提高营养健康水平是经济社会发展的必然趋势，也是经济和社会发展的重要内容。目前在食品营养学方面存在许多误区和空白。因此非常有必要在农业类院校增设食品营养专业，加强食品营养的本科教育，培养专门人才服务大众。Improve the level of nutrition and health is the inevitable trend in the economic and social development, also is the important content of economic and social development. At present there are many pitfalls in food nutrition and blank, therefore very necessary in agricultural colleges provide food and nutrition professionals, strengthen nutrition undergraduate education, and training specialized personnel services to the public.
