摘  要:通过体育教学对高职院校学生的心理状态、人际关系和精神状态等方面进行研究,结果表明:体育教学具有提升学生心理素质的功效,对缓解学生心理压力,改善人际关系,提高学生道德素养,增强学生自信心,尤其是对抑郁、焦虑、强迫等倾向有明显改善作用,从而提升了的学生心理素质。This paper makes a study on students' psychological condition,interpersonal relationship and mental state in higher vocational colleges through PE teaching.The result shows that PE teaching is quite effective in promoting students' psychological quality,releasing their mental pressure,improving their interpersonal relationship,enhancing their self-confidence and improving their moral quality,especially in releasing depression,anxiety and obsession.their mental pressure,improving their social relationship,boosting their self-confidence and improving their moral accomplishment,especially in releasing obsession,depression and anxiety.
