摘  要:初中教师在专业伦理方面存在着专业认识的多层次性与矛盾性、专业情感的多维性与冲突性、专业行为的不一致性与养成性等问题。这些问题源于教师自身、学校和社会等多方面。从教师自主发展需要的角度提出相应对策是解决这些问题的有效途径和手段,即以教师发展需要为导向,以学生成长需要为根本,以撰写教育案例为主要形式,以角色认知与反思为切入点。There exist some problems for teachers' professional ethics in junior middle school,such as professional knowledge's multi-level and contradiction,professional emotion's multi-dimension and conflict,and professional behavior's inconsistency and cultivation.These problems come from teachers themselves,schools and society.It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures that are effective approaches and methods for solving these problems from the requirement of teachers' independent development,which refers to orient with teachers' development requirement,root with students' growing-up demands,take compiling educating case as the main form,and take the role cognition and reflection as point-cut.
