从高职院校的目标角度对绩效考核实施再分析

摘　　要：目前高职院校实施绩效考核已取得很大成效,但从高职院校发展目标及人才培养目标角度分析,高职院校的绩效考核还需从教师团队、制度匹配、激励机制等方面加深认识并进一步调整、改善,以有效达成教师与学院共赢局面。In the present,the performance management has been implemented in vocational colleges and got a lot of accomplishments.Performance management needs a deeper understanding and further adjustments in terms of goals on faculty team,system matching,incentive mechanism and so on,in order to effectively reach win-win situation between teachers and the college.
