摘  要:从造纸厂工业废水中筛选到高产油脂酵母菌株H810,该菌株在以葡萄糖为唯一碳源的限氮基础培养基中进行发酵时,菌体内油脂含量和产量最高分别达到42.80%和6.54g/L。通过经典形态学、生理生化特征和26S rDNA D1/D2序列系统进化树分析,初步鉴定菌株H810为粘红酵母(Rhodotorula glutinis)。气相色谱分析了菌株H810所产油脂的脂肪酸组分,其中含有大量多不饱和脂肪酸,油酸(40.23%)、棕榈酸(15.76%)、亚油酸(14.86%)、α-亚麻酸(12.23%)和γ-亚麻酸(7.23%),所产的多不饱和脂肪酸在医药保健领域具有广泛的应用。A high lipid yeast H810 was isolated from industrial wastewater papermaking factory. Using glucose as sole carbon souse under nitro- gen-limiting culture conditions, intracellular lipid content and the highest lipid yield reached 42.80% and 6.54g/L, respectively. This strain H810 was identified preliminarily as Rhodotorula glutinis through the analysis of classical morphology, physi-biochemical approaches and 26S rDNA D1/D2 sequence of phylogenetic tree. Gas chromatography analysis demonstrated that the fatty acid composition of lipid by strain H810 contains a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acid, such as oleic acid (40.23%), palmitic acid (15.76%), linoleic acid (14.86%), α-linolenic acid (12.23 %) and γ-linolenic acid (7.23%).The polyunsaturated fatty acid have been widely used in the medicine and health field.
