摘　　要：新课程高考化学试题命制如何与新课程改革接轨,实现命题的科学性(技术性、专业性与权威性)与公平性,已成为推进新课改过程中亟待解决的重要而关键的研究课题。新课程高考化学试题命制研究的视角主要集中在命题理念、试卷结构、命题技术和命题方法等几个方面。笔者在梳理现有新课程高考化学试题命制研究成果的基础上,对新课程高考化学试题命制过程中出现的一些问题进行了深刻的反思。The college entrance examination chemistry new curriculum system of the testing with the new curriculum reform, how to realize the scientific （technical, professional and authoritative） and fairness of development, has become to be solved in the process of advancing the new curriculum reform is important and key research topic. College entrance examination chemistry new curriculum system of the testing research mainly concentrated in the thesis from the point of view of concept, method of examination paper structure, proposition and proposition. The author combine the existing college entrance examination chemistry new curriculum, on the basis of research results, the testing system for the college entrance examination chemistry new curriculum system of the testing some of the problems appeared in the process of deep reflection.
