摘　　要：舞蹈美育是国民素质教育的重要组成部分。本文旨在从素质教育舞蹈美育的人本意义入手,通过对《素质教育舞蹈课》的具体分析,试图厘清该课程与传统舞蹈教学的三个主要区别;解读课例设计及其教学实践对"五项能力"培养的融会贯通;探讨舞蹈教师当前面临的挑战与转变;展现"面向全体学生"的多元化舞蹈课程特色;诠释"以学生为主体"的舞蹈美育理念及其教学方法的创新。Dance aesthetic education is an important part of the quality education for citizens. With an approach of humanistic philosophy,this article tries to clarify three main differences between quality-oriented dance education and traditional dance education; interpret lesson design and its impact on the＂five competencies＂; to deal with challenges and changes dance teachers are facing; and to show diversified features of＂students oriented＂dance course,the open-minded teaching philosophy,and innovative teaching practices.
