大学英语教师基本素质的培养途径——以黔南民族师范学院为例

摘　　要：外语教师的素质是大学英语教学改革的一个重要因素。但是,黔南民族师范学院教师学历偏低,科研能力较差,在一定程度上影响了大学英语教学效果。文章在分析黔南师院大学英语教学现状的基础上,讨论了大学英语教师应该具备的基本素质及培养途径。Qualified foreign language teachers are a key factor in the reform of college English teaching. However, teachers＇ education is relatively low and scientific research ability is bad in Guizhou minority area, which affects college English teaching effect to some extent. Based on an analysis of the current situation of college English teaching in minority areas, this paper mainly discusses the basic qualities of college English teachers and the methods of improving college English teachers＇ qualities.
