摘  要:探讨临床教研室如何开展集体备课。认为医学院校临床教研室的特点是学科细化、人员分散、临床工作任务繁重、教师非专职性及教学团队不固定等,应开展集体备课,以帮助临床医师掌握教学技巧,提高教学水平;教研室主任应发挥教学骨干作用,利用医疗查房、病例讨论、新开课老师试讲等机会进行集体备课等,真正起到集体备课的作用。We are discussing how to carry out collective lesson preparation in clinical staff room.Clinical staff room in medical Universities were featured in subject refinement,staff scattering,heavy workload,part-time teacher and temporary organization,collective lesson preparation could help the doctor grasp teaching skills and improve teaching level;the director should play the role of backbone,grasp the opportunity of the ward round,the discussion of medical cases and new teacher practicing,which could really play the function of collective lesson preparation.
