摘 要:利用新型能量色散X荧光光谱仪,快速检测甘蔗糖汁以及白砂糖中P、Ca、Fe的含量,探讨利用仪器进行快速检测的可行性,通过仪器测定的元素含量与实验室方法进行对比分析。结果显示,在测定过程中,X荧光光谱仪能准确制作出相应元素标准曲线,测定清汁中P的含量为222.55 mg/L,3种白砂糖样品中Ca和Fe的含量分别为70.47、104.28、197.18 mg/L和16.01、21.49、22.40 mg/L,数据与原子吸收测定的结果相一致。X荧光光谱仪能快速准确检测相应元素含量,为解决化学方法检测用时多、操作繁琐、结果误差大的弊端提供了可行性。This study conducted a new energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to detect the content of P, Ca, Fe in sugarcane juice and white sugar, investigated the feasibility of rapid detection by instrument. The element content measured by the instrument was compared with that by the laboratory methods. As a result, during the detection, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can produce the standard curve of corresponding elements accurately, the content of P detected in sugarcane juice is 222.55 mg/L, the content of Ca and Fe in 3 different white sugar is 70.47 mg/L, 104.28 mg/L, 197.18 mg/L and 16.01 mg/L, 21.49 mg/L, 22.40 mg/L, respectively. The result is in consistent with that by atomic absorption spectrometry. X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can quickly and accurately detect the content of corresponding element. It is a feasible solution to improve the drawbacks of chemical methods, such as time consuming, complicated operations as well as the inaccuracy of the result,
