德西效应与职校学生学习动机的激发

摘　　要：赏识教育在教学和训练中起着越来越重要的作用。正确处理外部奖赏和内部动机之间的关系,合理地运用外部奖赏来激发学生学习的内部动机,合理、有效地运用表扬、夸赞来促进学生学习是改进教学工作的关键之一。职校学生容易产生自卑心理,更需要通过赏识教育来激发他们的学习动机。Appreciation education play an increasingly important role in the teaching and training. How to correctly handle the relationship between external rewards and internal motivation, reasonable use of external rewards to inspire students＇ internal motivation, reasonable and effective use of praise to promote student learning is the key to improving teaching. Vocational students easier to produce self-depreciation, so need more appreciation of education to stimulate their learning motivation.
