摘　　要：通过分析《管理学》课程性质,有效利用学习主体特性,实行课程学习的班级管理自治,重新整合课程教学内容,并尽量用管理活动取代课程的学习任务等教学方式进行教学,皆有助于培养学生的管理素质和就业竞争力。Based on the analyzing the character of management course,these teaching approaches to making effective use of the feature of learning subjects so as to implement classroom self-government will help to improve cultivating students’ management quality and employment competitiveness,to re-integrating teaching contents and trying to management activities instead of learning tasks during the learning course.
