摘　　要：结合地方院校特点,提出构建大专业平台的人才培养改革与创新模式,为地方经济发展和应用型人才培养服务,提出来人才培养的四点要求。介绍了加强实践教学,走实践育人之路的思路与各项措施,取得了较好效果。Combing the features of local colleges and universities,the interviewee put forward a reformation and innovation model of building large professional platform,and four requests for talent cultivation.He elaborated the thinking and many measures to strengthen practice teaching and take practice ／e education way,and introduced the satisfaction effects obtained.
