摘　　要：目前,利用益生菌治疗口腔疾病的研究还处于初级阶段,但已成为国内外的研究热点。本文探讨了龋齿、牙周炎、牙龈炎和口臭等常见口腔疾病的发病机理,及益生菌治疗口腔疾病的作用机理,不同乳酸菌在其中表现出的差异性和未来的发展趋势。阐述了利用益生菌治疗口腔疾病所面临的重要问题和见解,为将来筛选或改良出对口腔疾病治疗效果较好的益生菌菌株指明了方向。It is still in primary stage that probiotics cure oral cavity diseases, but it is more popular on abroad.The review mainly discussed the pathogeny of dental caries, periodontitis, gingivitis, halitosis, all kinds of oral cavity diseases and the differences, mechanism and researched tendency about the treatment of lactic acid bacteria cure many different oral cavity diseases.The paper clarified the questions and presented many views,which laid a foundation to screen or modify better probiotics in the future.
