摘　　要：青少年性别气质中性化对个体性别角色和社会性别角色的形成具有重要影响。它的出现与青少年所处的社会、家庭、学校环境和自身年龄、性格特点相关。学校教育应从提倡性别敏感教育,消除性别刻板印象,创设性别平等的校园文化环境以及合理引导同辈群体等方面加强对青少年性别气质中性化的引导。Neutralized gender temperament for teenagers has an important influence on individual gender role and the formation of gender role. Its emergence has a relationship with the society in whish they live, families, age, school environment and its own characteristics. School education should advocate gender sensitive education, eliminate gender stereotypes, and create campus cultural environment of gender equality and reasonable guide peer groups and so on to strengthen the guidance of adolescent sex neuter temperament.
