摘  要:采用拜乐防治酒曲害虫——蟑螂,效果极为明显,结果表明:仅经过17d时间,在自然温度及湿度下,当剂量为0.1g/0.039m3时,便可使蟑螂的最低校正死亡率达86.40%,最高为97.70%。对比实验前后,大曲的水分、淀粉变化极小;酸度及氨基酸态氮含量增大;发酵力稍有变大,而糖化力总体呈下降趋势,平均下降32.3%;个别曲样糖化力变化异常,甚至超出标准范围,这可能与蟑螂的代谢产物相关,有待进一步研究。Bio-killer was used to control Moutai-flavour Daqu insect-cockroachs. The results indicated that under the natural temperature and humidity for 17d, the corrected mortality of cockroach reached 86.40% when the Bio-killer dose was 0. lg/0.039m3, the highest was 97.70%. Contrasting before and after the experiment, starch and moisture content changed little, while acidity and amino nitrogen content increased. The fermenting power increased slightly, while saccharification power decreased by 32.3% average. In some Daqu samples, saccharification rate changed greatly, even beyond the range of standard, this may be associated with the metabolic product of cockroaches, which need further study.
