栀子黄色素的制备及栀子红色素转化菌株的筛选

摘  要:对栀子黄色素的制备进行了研究,栀子黄色素以60%vol乙醇作提取剂时的提取效果较好,吸光度值A440nm是水提的3倍左右,具体工艺条件为料液比1∶6,提取温度60℃,提取时间3h;经AB-8型大孔树脂精制后的栀子黄色素与粗品相比,色价提高了7倍左右;以预处理后的栀子黄色素废液为原料,筛选得到栀子红色素转化菌黑曲-5,其转化液最大吸收波长为535nm。In this paper, the preparation of gardenia yellow pigment were studied, the extracting effect of gardenia yellow pigment was better while us- ing 60% vol alcohol as extracting agent. The absorbance value A440nm was about three times of water extraction. The process conditions were that sol- id-liquid ratio 1:10, extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 3h. The gardenia yellow pigment of refined by AB-8 macroporous resin compared with the crude product, natural pigment increased by 7 times. Using pretreated gardenia yellow waste as raw material, strains to convert for gardenia red pigment was screened, and Aspergillus niger-5 was obtained, gardenia red conversion liquid with maximum absorption wavelength at 528nm.
