摘　　要：教学伦理品性要求教学关注学生德性的养成,反对现实的应试教育,否定单纯的知识传递。当科技发展让教学走向科学时,当知识爆炸让人们对知识笃信不疑时,教学伦理品性却渐渐迷失。在教学实践中,社会主流思想的羁绊、传统哲学思维的束缚、传统教育思想的禁锢、传统文化消极因素的侵蚀成为教学伦理品性表现的阻抗因素。Against the reality of examination-oriented education, and against simple knowledge transmission, the re- quirement of teaching ethical character is paying attention to the student＇ s virtue. The development of science bring tech- nology for teaching, knowledge increasing sharply make people believe it firmly, but teaching ethical character is gradually lost. The impedance factors of teaching ethical character are as follows： the mainstream of social ideology; the fetters of tra- ditional philosophical thinking manacle; traditional education thought confine; the negative factors of traditional culture of erosion.
