摘 要:采用静态称重法测定了我国8个油菜籽品种的平衡水分,指出修正3参数Guggenheim-Anderson-de Boer方程(MGAB)、修正Halsey(MHAE)、修正Oswin(MOE)等方程均适合描述油菜籽平衡含水量(EMC)—平衡相对湿度(ERH)之间的关系,并计算了油菜籽水分吸着(吸附/解吸)等热和安全水分值。在含水率<12.5%湿基,油菜籽吸着等热均随含水率增加而快速减少,同一温度下的解吸等热显著高于吸附等热。在含水率12.5%以上,油菜籽吸着等热随含水率增加而变化平缓,同一温度下的解吸等热趋同于吸附等热。在含水率<12.5%条件下,较低温度下的油菜籽吸附等热与解吸等热均高于较高温度。在含水率12.5%的自由水点,油菜籽的吸着等热接近纯水的潜在热。计算的20℃油菜籽储存绝对安全水分是8.09%,相对安全水分是8.98%。The equilibrium moisture content (EMC)of eight varieties domestic oilseeds were detected by static weighing method. The equations, namely Modified Guggenheim Anderson deBoer( MGAB ), Modified Halsey( MHAE), and Modified Oswin(MOE), were indicated to be fitted to describe the relationship between the equilibrium moisture content( EMC )of oilseed and equilibrium relative humidity (ERH). The isosteric heats of both adsorption and desorption of oilseed and safe moisture were calculated. When the moisture content less than 12.5% (wet basis), the isosteric heats of both adsorption and desorption decreased rapidly along with the increasing of the moisture content, and the isosteric heat of desorption was much higher than the isosteric heat of sorption at the same temperature. When the moisture content over 12.5%, the change of isosteric heats of both adsorption and desorption slow down along with the increasing of the moisture content, and the isosteric heat of desorption was tend to the isosteric heat of sorption at the same temperature. When the moisture content less than 12.5%, both the isosteric heat of adsorption and desorption at low temperature were higher than that at high temperature. When the mois- ture content was 12.5% ,the isosteric heats of both adsorption and desorption of oilseed approached to the latent heat of pure water. The absolutely and relatively safe storage moisture content at 20 ℃ was 8.09% and 8.98% w. b. for oilseed ,respectively.
