摘  要:采用变色酸分光光度法测定甲醛,此反应的特异性强、色阶清晰、颜色稳定、能快速定性定量检测甲醛.甲醛在浓硫酸溶液中与变色酸作用形成紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为572 nm,检出限为0.1 mg/L,当样品中甲醛的添加浓度为0.685 μg/mL、1.370 μg/mL、2.056 μg/mL时,其回收率为83.39%~101.03%,相对平均偏差在7.33% ~ 13.87%,准确性和精密度较高.线性范围为1.1~22 μg/mL,标准曲线方程为y=0.032 3x-0.028 7,线性相关系数为0.995 9.采用变色酸光度法测定食品中的甲醛,具有简便、灵敏、准确等优点,便于基层单位使用和推广.The chromotropic acid spectrophotometer was used to detect formaldehyde. The reaction has the advantage of strong specificity, clear levels, stable color and fast qualitative and quantitative detection of the presence of formaldehyde. Formaldehyde and chromotropic acid were reacted in concentrated sulfuric acid solu- tion and then the purple compound was formed, the maximum absorption wavelength is in 572 nm,the limit of the detection was 0.1 mg/L. The average recoveries of all compounds at three spiked levels of 0. 685,1. 370, 2.056 μg/mL ranged from 83.39% to 101.03% (n =6) 6) respectively.
