摘  要:调查职业院校教师的职业倦怠现状,为预防和干预教师的职业倦怠提供理论依据。选取了天津市9所职业院校的593名教师作为研究对象,采用德国心理学家Demerouti基于JDR理论编制的OLBI量表。结果显示:职业院校教师的职业倦怠检出率较高,中度倦怠水平的人最多;学校类型、性别、工作年限不是影响职业院校教师职业倦怠的因素;学历、职称、婚姻状况和收入水平是影响职业院校教师职业倦怠的因素;学历为本科、有职称、已婚、有孩子的教师感受到工作要求过高,倦怠的特点是身体、情感、认知上的衰竭;平均月收入为2000~3000元的教师感觉到工作资源缺乏,倦怠的特点是与工作保持距离,体验为解离。可见职业院校教师的职业倦怠现象普遍存在。The purpose of this paper is to investigate the burnout of vocational colleges' teachers, and tries to provide a theoretical evidence for the prevention and intervention of teachers' burnout. The 593 teachers from nine vocational colleges in Tianjin Area are selected as an object of study, and the OLBI Scale is developed based on the German psychologist Demerouti JDR theory. The result shows that the burnout phenomenon of vocational colleges' teachers is widely existing. Most people interviewed have moderate burnout level. The type of colleges, gender, work experience do not significantly affect the teachers' burnout factor. The educational background, professional job title, marital status, and income level are the key influencing factors and they usually affect the burnout status of vocational colleges' teachers. The teachers with bachelor degree, professional title, married, usually feel that the job is challenging, and the characteristics of their burnout are shown as the physical, emotional and cognitive failure. The teachers with average monthly income of RMB 2 000-3 000 usually feel that they have insufficient job resource and the characteristics of burnout is shown as estranging from job and its experience is disintegrating. The conclusion is that vocational teacher burnout is widely existing.
