摘　　要：Lactobacillus salivarius REN是具有脱基因毒性的益生菌株,试验通过HPLC分析了该菌在脱羧酶培养基中的产胺情况,并利用药敏纸片评价了其抗生素耐药性.结果表明:该菌株可产生组胺、亚精胺和腐胺,合成量分别为68.83、2.11、8.94mg/L,精胺和酪胺未检出.在所测定的15种抗生素中,测试菌株对喹诺酮类的3种抗生素以及糖肽类的2种抗生素均有耐药性;对青霉素G表现出耐药性;对利福平、红霉素表现出中度敏感;对其他7种抗生素均表现出敏感性.Lactobacillus salivarius REN was an probiotic bacterium which exhibited antigenotoxic activity. The biogenic amine analysis was performed by HPLC and antibiotic resistancewas evaluated by K 15 method. The strain can produce histamine （68. 83 rag/L）, spermidine （2. 11 rag/L） and putrescine （8. 94 mg/L） ,while no spermineand tyraminewas synthesized. The antibiotic susceptibilitywas tested with 15 an tibiotics. The strain showedresistance to 3 kinds of quinolones and 2 kinds of of glycopeptide antibiotics,as well as Penicillin G. This strain showed moderate sensitivity to rifampinand erythromycin, with highsensi- tivity to other 7 kinds of of antibiotics.
