摘  要:伴随高校学生规模扩张的,还有众多高学历年轻人入职高校。新入职的青年教师担当了高校教学的主力军,但是,他们在现行高校内部管理制度面前,处于教学两难、进退失据的尴尬境地。欲求突围,既须制度设计之合理性,又须政策执行之人性化。唯此,青年教师才有望真正融入到事业与自身同步发展的轨道中,以学习者、教授者、研发者的自我定位,理性进行自我规限,最终达成自我实现,进而推动高校教育教学质量的有效提高。There are more and younger people who with the good education background entrance anu become the teacher with the scale widely of college. The new recruits to the young teachers as the main power of teaching.But they are forced to in the dilemma between teaching and learning,and in the embarrassment difficult condition between making progress and withdrawing when they are faced to the inner rules and management system.h is necessary not only has the system designed rationality,but also to the execution of the policy of humanity.The young teachers will really into the cause and its development track, as a learner, an instructor, and the developer's self-positioning, rational self-limiting, reach self-realization ,improve and promote the quality of education in colleges and universities.
