摘　　要：目的:分析颞叶局灶性皮质发育不良(focal cortical dysplasia,FCD)患者术前智力及影响因素。方法:收集本癫痫中心近5年内经病理诊断为颞叶FCD患者术前各方面的资料,包括人口社会学、临床症状学及术前IQ测量结果等。结果:FCD智力低下发生率为42.6%。文化程度及服用托吡酯(topiramate,TPM)与FCD术前IQ相关,且文化程度是术前IQ的预测因子。结论 :颞叶FCD患者术前智力受文化程度的影响,并可能与TPM服用有关,对低文化程度的该类患者建议避免TPM的使用。Objective To investigate the preoperative intelligence and influencing factors of FCD in temporal lobe. Methods A total of 26 patients who undergone anterior temporal lobectomy in epilepsy center and diagnosed as FCD by pathologists. Presurgical data, including demographic details, symptomatology and preoperative IQ were collected. Results Low IQ was apparent in 42.6% of patients with FCD within temporal lobe. Education level and use of TPM were correlated with preoperative IQ, but only education level was found to be independently associated with presurgical IQ. Conclusion The presurgical IQ of patients with FCD in temporal lobe mainly is affected by education level and possibly correlated with use of TPM. Those patients with low education level should avoid TPM treatment.
