摘  要:目前,设置专业方向及专修课程是普通高中通用技术教师职前培养的两种模式。实践证明,这两种模式优势与问题并存。问题解决可采取如下对策:一是出台职前培养政策,加强行政政策引导;二是探索多种培养途径,建立多元培养模式;三是完善课程体系建设,加强课程设计开发;四是建立培养评价体系,确保职前培养质量;五是增加实践课程比重,强化教育实践训练;六是设置技术学科类别,实施资格准入制度。Professional and special curricula are two modes of pre-service training of the current General Technology teachers in senior high school. Practice has shown that the advantages of both modes coexist with their disadvantages. Solutions to these problems are as follows : firstly, putting the policy of pre-service training into practice and strengthening the guidance of administrative policies; secondly, exploring a variety of training ways and establishing various training modes; thirdly, improving the construction of curriculum system and strengthening the development of curriculum design; fourthly, establishing the training evaluation system and ensuring the quality of pre-service training; fifthly, increasing the proportion of practical courses and intensifying educational practical training; finally, setting the technical disciplines and implementing qualification admittance system.
