摘  要:为确定苦荞中非结合态多酚的最佳提取工艺条件,以提取率为指标,在单因素的基础上,采用响应面法对主要工艺参数进行优化并得到回归模型。研究结果表明:甲醇对苦荞中非结合态多酚提取的最佳工艺参数为甲醇体积分数为40.84%,温度为49.07℃,料液比为1∶16.54(g/mL),时间为89.11 min。在此条件下,非结合态多酚的提取率达到1.251%。试验证明模型拟合程度良好,误差较小,模型选择合适。Optimal processing parameters tbr methanol extraction oI extracuon polyplaenol in tartary bucicwneat nour were determined. On the basis of single factor experiments and according to Box-Behnken test design principles, the method of response surface method (RSM) for optimal parameters was adopted. Finally, the optimal extraction process was obtained as follows: methanol volume fraction 40.84%, extraction temperature 49.07℃, the ratio of sample to liquid was 1 : 16.54 (g/ mL), extraction time 89.11 min. Under these conditions, the yield of extraction polyphenol reached 1.251%. The model turns out to be with good fitting degree and minor error.
