摘  要:口译能力培养是一项系统工程,需要在教师、教材和教法上做全方位的努力。目前针对学生口译能力培养的研究以经验性讨论为主,实证研究较少,且显有从学生反馈出发进行探讨的。在回顾口译教学相关理论的基础上,通过对学习者的问卷调查和访谈,探究学生需求并提出以下口译教学建议:1)口译教师要有丰富口译经验及科学教学方法;2)课堂教材应以技能为线,练习材料要与时俱进,灵活多变;3)在教法上区别于语言教学,以技能为主;教师应多点评,做口译示范。To enhance the interpretation ability of students demands a good combination of the teacher,the text book and the teaching methods.So far a lot of studies have been carried out by giving and sharing teaching experience.Yet not enough empircal studies have been conducted,still less have included students' feedback.Thus,based on related teaching theories,the current empirical study probes into the issues of teacher,text book and teaching methods of the teaching of interpretation through student questionnaires and interviews.After close data analysis,it gives the following suggestions: 1) teachers should be rich in interpretation experience and possessing scientific teaching methods;2) text books should be skill-based;and practice materials should be updated and in varied forms;3) teaching methods should be different from those in language courses with a focus on skills;teachers should make frequent comments on students' performances and set examples for students.
