摘  要:预处理是植物多糖提取分离中的重要步骤之一,该技术的改进和完善可提高植物多糖的提取率和纯度,从而降低植物多糖的生产成本。本研究从预处理的必要性出发,综述了近3年物理法、化学法和生物法预处理在植物多糖提取中的国内外应用进展,对各种预处理技术的原理、特点和效果进行了概括与分析,并探讨了预处理技术的发展方向和应用前景。Pretreatment is one of the key technologies of extraction and separation of plant polysaccharides. Advanced pretreatment technologies can significantly enhance the extraction efficiency and purity of plant polysaccharides, and then reduce the cost of plant polysaccharides production. Starting with an inffoduction of the necessary of pretreatment of plant polysaccharides, the application progress of pretreatment technology such as physical methods, chemical methods and biologic methods were reviewed detailedly, the principle, features and results of different pretreatment technologies were also summarized and analyzeck Finally, the future of development ofplant polysaccharides pretrealrnent technologies was also previewed.
